Because Carnival shut down service arrangements, we decided to bake cookies to pass the time. They don't sell chocolate chips here so we had to be a little creative...
Had to break up a chocolate bar to make chocolate chips.

Cooking in high elevation takes a long time, (especially when you're hungry!) It took up to 20 mins per batch!
