Lil' Mila

So as many of you know, we are living with a family here in Tambo. Well, they have the most ADORABLE little girl, Mila. She is just under 5 months old and is smiling and laughing every day. She is SOOO cute! (Norma, you would love her!)

So, I know that we should probably be taking lots and lots of pictures of the area/animals/locals, but, to be honest, I think most of our SD cards are filled up with pictures of Mila! Sooo we thought we'd  share a few:)

She just got this walker about a month ago, and is now "pedaling" like crazy! She sometimes even "pedals" her way down to our room at the end of the hall, and pushes the door open with her hand & walker! It's super cute! :)
Nap time! She does this about 5-6 times a day!

Seriously?! Can you get any cuter than this little face?!
She'll be walking on her own soon!

Chillin' out to some cartoons :)

 Love this lil hat!
She loves Wes! Anytime she starts crying and Wes takes her, she usually stops:)

Well, there you have it. Rain or shine, Mila always brings some light to our day:)

Here are a few shots from the territory...
 LOTS & LOTS of Walking...

 Some of the Locals

The locals here find knocking on their door to be intrusive, so we yell "Buenas Dias!" to let them know we're at their door. Wes & Damien are waiting for the Householder in the photo above.
The Pan American Highway goes through the center of Tambo and is the main source of reaching our outbound territories

It's hard to tell by this picture, but this bus was COMPLETELY PACKED and yet it still stopped for us anyway. So since all of the seats were taken, our entire service group, which that day consisted of 10+ people, packed the aisle. Oh yeah, and the roof of the bus is so short, Wes has to bend his head while standing. Once again, Sorry Wes!

Waiting for a bus to bring us back to Tambo. Sometimes this can take up to an hour, but fortunately Mila was there to entertain us!
